Privacy policy

This policy explains how Magnífica Megahair handles data from visitors to magnificamegahair.com.br, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the GDPR where applicable.

What we collect

When you answer the booking quiz we store your answers (goal and timing) and a reference code, plus technical visit data: landing page, source (campaign parameters and ad click identifiers from Google, Meta or TikTok), browser and IP address. The booking conversation takes place on WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy. If you share your name and phone number during booking, we keep them in our booking system.

Why

To organise your appointment and to measure which pages and ads bring clients. We may tell ad platforms (Google Ads and Meta) that a contact led to a booking, using technical identifiers or hashed data only — never your conversation. We may also use clients’ hashed name and phone number to build audiences on Meta (for example, to reach people with a similar profile); Meta uses them only for matching and then discards them. Just ask us on WhatsApp if you’d rather opt out.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland are only measured after giving consent.
